I have a few issues I would like to report/ask about with the tRanslatome package.

When creating the basic histograms, using any of the 3 output formats, the y axis label gets cut off.

Also, when creating the detailed histograms, in some cases the segments are misaligned and they face the opposite direction rather than covering the numeric range of the x axis.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
