I submitted a package a few weeks ago and the code was checked by the Bioconductor team. Since the old system has been deprecated and I haven't heard anything back in a few weeks, I was wondering if I have to restart the submission process using github.

Please ask questions about package development on the bioc-devel mailing list. Packages submitted to the old tracker are reviewed in the old tracker; yours is still in the process of being reviewed.
