Hi everyone,

I found some issues understanding the output of minfi's estimateCellCounts(). The thing is that I obtain negative and  >1 values. I don't know how to handle that and how to give some interpretation to this numbers. Maybe some of you guys have the same problem.

Hope to find some help over here.

Thanks

Alberto
