Hi all,
I?m attempting to QC a set of HGU133plus2 chips (n=20), using the
simpleaffy package.
##########################
> qc.data<-qc(celdata,my.eset)
Getting probe level data...
Computing p-values
Doing PMA Calls
> plot(qc.data)
Error in plot.window(xlim, ylim, log, asp, ...) :
need finite xlim values
...
###########################
(MacOS X 10.3.9, R 2.01, Bioconductor 1.5, simpleaffy 2.01, affy
1.5.8-1)
I noticed that Ariel Chernomoretz posted (precisely) the same error a
while back, which I am reposting below.... Unfortunately, I haven?t
run across a reply.
thanks,
Larry
