I wish to construct VennDiagram for eight sample comparison in limma analysis. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Presumably you mean an analysis with limma involving eight samples, rather than eight comparisons, which won't fit in a single Venn diagram. If you have between 2-4 comparisons involving these eight samples, you can use the vennDiagram function - see the documentation for details.
