hi all 

i have a problem on meta analysis with metaseq package ...

i have Differential Expression data ( from rna seq raw data )  that generated by clc genomic analysis ..

and my question is that : 

how can i do a meta-analysis of p-value data by metaseq package ???

can any one help me to doing a meta-analysis with above package ????
