Hi All,

I hope you are doing well. I am working on high throughput screening (HTS) of compound libraries and have screened 125,000 compounds as 2 replicates (800 x 384-well plates as 2 sets of 400). As you know, Z score is traditionally used to normalize the data in each plate to plate median and SD. However, since I am only 2 replicates, I am looking for a more comprehensive statistical analysis package for R, in order to identify false negatives and positives with a higher confidence. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any statistical analysis package for this purpose.

PS: I have posted this in BioStars as well.

Thanks a lot, Hamid
