I am working with a group of dedicated cystic fibrosis researchers who use Bioconductor packages regularly.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is not one of the 20 organisms currently incorporated in OrgDb, but it looks as though many tools exist to construct a properly formatted database that would be bioconductor-compatible.
Much of the data already exists here:
That would enable me to construct a db similar in scope to E. coli.
I would be enthusiastic to create a database that could be part of your system, at which point, if I understand correctly, it would be compatible with many existing Bioconductor tools.
Is this something I can do?
Thanks for your help!
