Dear all,

I was wondering if the p-value in the DESEQ2 standard result table is a "nominal p value"? I understand that the adjusted p-value is adjusted by benjamin-hochberg?

Thank you, bine

Yes the p-value is a nominal p-value. The adjustment is described in ?results.
