The Rsubread/Subread Users Guide file contains Case Studies (p 56) that requires data (reads generated by the MAQC/SEQC Consortium and reference sequence of chr1 human genome) to be downloaded from this website: http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/RNAseqCaseStudy/data.tar.gz The link is broken. Unfortunately we decommissioned the old http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au server last year after 20 years of service. Our new https://bioinf.wehi.edu.au server is more secure but has a much smaller disk footprint than the old server and the RNAseqCaseStudy was too large to be transferred.
