I am trying to run a DESeq2 analysis in RStudio but I get this error "DESeqDataSetFromMatrix function not found" I have tried to desinstalled DESeq2 and install it again but the problem remains. Any suggestions?

Do you have any error when you run library(DESeq2) or BiocManager::install("DESeq2") ?
