When using DESeq2 v1.26.0 I found a strange behaviour. The adjusted Pvalues are not BH values. Strange NA values are occuring where the non-adjusted Pvalue has normal values.

Is this known? Is there a solution?

The NAs are likely to be genes with super low counts; you probably don't want them anyway.

Yes, there is a section of the vignette that explains the NA.
