Hello everyone!

I am looking for a tool or code that predicts the number of hydrogen bonds of two short DNA sequences (possible binding when they come together). Does anyone know something that could be useful? I do find online tools for that but would like to use something like that in an R script. Maybe someone knows something? That would help a lot!!
