I am having trouble with the DEqMS function "outputResult", which I use for differential expression analysis. Every now and then, the data.frame given by that function, will cut-off the e^x appendix from the reported p-values, which will lead to p-values as high as 8.

Re-running the same code sometimes solves the problem, other times it doesn`t.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
