The Bioinformatics and Cellular Genomics group at St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research SVI (St Vincent’s Institute) seeks an individual to join our diverse research team. We are broadly interested in all the ways in which computational approaches can drive biological discovery. We develop methods and software for the analysis of large-scale biomedical data from imaging and sequencing technologies, particularly single-cell data. We work closely with a wide range of collaborators to contribute computational expertise to studies motivated by specific biologically focused questions.
