I tried to use Rsubread to align a few thousands reads to a 1.5 kb reference, and tested in mac OS and windows with similar configuration. I found in mac took 2 mins to run, but Windows took 0.3 mins. Do you know why there is such difference? how can i improve the speed in mac? Thank you, Wei
