I wanted to use 'oligo' package. So, I tried 'read.celfiles("/Dir/to/file.CEL")'

But, It needed to pd.cytoscanhd.array. Main problem is pd.cytoscanhd.array can not be installed in R 4.2.

What can I do for this? Let me know....

Or, I want to download manually.

The conventional package for copy number analysis is crlmm, rather than oligo. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a crlmm annotation file for that array, so you would have to build one yourself using the pdInfoPackage package. It's not clear to me if that will work, as I don't know how different the Cytoscan HD arrays are from the old SNP6.0 arrays, and I don't believe there has been any active development on pdInfoPackage or crlmm for years now. But you can read the vignette that shows how to create a pdInfoPackage for SNP arrays and try to get it to work.
