Is there syntax for specifying which evidence channels to use in a STRING query for Bioconductor in R (e.g. Neighborhood, Database, Experiments)? I know there is a way to specify a physical subnetwork only, but here I need to control the individual evidence channel options (e.g. do not use edges/interactions based on the Textmining evidence channel). Would appreciate any guidance!
