Hi, I am a biologist by training, very new in bioinfo wolrd, learning it without prior training, just figuring out ongoing issues during analysis of my samples. I am lacking the basics, I deeply apologize for that. I am using shinyMethyl tool, everything works well. The html report looks great, but I am struggling in finding a way to save it, without looking the data. I tried simply using "open in a browser" option and saving the html page from there, but unfortunately in that way I am looking all the graphs - the scheme and format of the page is kept, but no input is being processed. Any tip on how to save it, to keep the data and interactive character?

Thank you!, D.

ok, it seems that I can embed shinyMethyl as an app in Rmarkdown and it should allow me to keep an interactive character. No idea how to do that, so jumping into another sea of YouTube videos and tutorials, but will post the results, in case someone has the same problem in the future.

You can probably save individual plots by right-clicking on them an save individual images. Maybe printing the page as a pdf will also work? But I believe you cannot save the interactive html page itself, as the interactivity is provided by a live R session running shiny.

I tried printing the page as pdf, unfortunately I get the same problem. I guess for now, I will need to save the graphs separately :)

Thank you Guillaume for your reply!
