DiffBind dba.analyze function doesn't have bSubControl option anymore?

Hi,

DiffBind (v3.4.11) dba.analyze function doesn't have bSubControl option anymore? dba.analyze function (bGreylist=FALSE, bSubcontrol=TRUE) makes an error.

If you have some information, I appreciate it.

The bSubControl parameter has been moved to the dba.count() interface function.

Hi Rory,

Thank you for your information. I have another question. If we run dba.analyze (bGreylist=FALSE) after dba.count(bSubcontrol=TRUE), does DiffBind returns differential binding regions using the count data subtracting control Input counts ?
