Hi!

I am working on a single cell RNA sequencing dataset in RStudio and wish to isolate CD4+ T cells from the rest of the data in my sce to create a new sce. What is the best way to do this? My dataset is not annotated with cell types so I would like to subset my CD4+ T cells on the basis of gene expression.
