It seems that the source url of the GenomeInfoDbData version 1.2.9 are not up to date, both from the bioconductor related page and also when trying to install from bioconda chanel of conda/mamba.

Do you have any suggestion until fix on what version could be use/ where to find a version that can be used directly in conda and compatible with R version 4.2 ? I need to install it in a clean environment, and cannot do it inside R a posteriori.

We do not maintain the conda available packages. Please contact conda/bioconda directly to ask them to update.
