Gviz and custom database

Dear All, I'm trying to use a custom genome to plot some information using Gviz. I remember that to do so, I need to create my own custom genome but I do not remember how to do so.

Can some one help me?

Dear, this is not what I need. I need to transform a fasta sequence in a genome track usable in Gviz.

The vignette for Gviz says you can use a DNAStringSet, generated using Biostrings. Have you tried that?
