As discussed earlier edgeR 4.2.1 contains a bug potentially leading to incorrect or invalid estimation. I can confirm that this has been fixed as of the latest release 4.2.2. It however appears that the 4.2.2 version was only compiled for Unix systems whereas the Windows binary remains the old 4.2.1.

Checking in to see if the Windows compilation was forgotten by mistake.

We had to take our windows builder off line temporarily for some updates. We should have it back for Friday report where it should propagate
