I'd like to announce an excellent training opportunity for everyone wanting to get up to speed with single-cell RNA sequencing analysis using R and Bioconductor.
My Instats course "Single-cell analysis with R/Bioconductor" (September 5-19, 2025) will provide an introduction to foundational single-cell analysis tools in R and Bioconductor. Participants will learn how to perform essential components of the typical analysis workflow including quality control, cell type annotation, and differential expression analysis.
During the course, I will also cover advanced topics such as performant solutions for working with large datasets comprising millions of cells, and integration of new experimental data with large and complex reference atlas datasets from the Human Cell Atlas.
Registration is now open under https://instats.org/seminar/single-cell-analysis-with-bioconductor
