Hello! Over the years, I have always used the BrainArray custom CDF packages and have downloaded them directly from the University of Michigan website that hosts these. However, I haven't been able to access them for the past month or so. I can get to this page (http://brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu/Brainarray/Database/CustomCDF/25.0.0/ensg.asp), but then when I try to download the files, there is a server error. I believe they are working on it, but does anyone have a suggestion for how I could access these packages in the meantime? Perhaps someone has a cached copy of these packages that I could obtain? If not, does anyone have a suggestion of an alternative approach for mapping high-quality probes to genes?

Thanks!

It seems that through the Internet Archive these files can be obtained:
