First of all, thank you so much for such a great package!

Based on comparisons with the example PFAM result file included with the package and what I get from the webserver as well as running it locally, it seems that the format of PFAM result files has changed and they are no longer compatible with ISA. I also wasn't able to reformat them because there are a few columns missing in the new files compared to the example file.

Is there any tool currently available that runs PFAM and produces files compatible with ISA?
