The UAB Biological Data Science core is hiring!

We're looking for a computational biologist, ideally with transcriptomics analysis experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support diverse research projects across the university and advance reproducible, high-quality computational biology.

General responsibilities: To participate in research activities involved in the analysis of omics data with a focus on transcriptomics data (bulk, single-cell/nuclei, spatial transcriptomics) to the UAB Biological Data Science institutional core.

Salary Range : $85,600.00 - $111,280
