Entering edit mode
Used the 'plotRegion(...)' function in soGGi and got the following message:
Using size aesthetic for lines was deprecated in ggplot2
3.4.0. Please use linewidth instead.
This resulted in an incorrect graph from what was meant to be produced. If an older version of ggplot2 is loaded, then the output is the correct graph.
We have tried to contact the soGGi maintainer to have them update the package to the newer version of gglot2 but they have so far been unresponsive. Hopefully they can update the package accordingly quickly.
