Hello,

being a newbie to Bioconductor, I want to use mulcom to an Elisa data set with different treatment cycles for cancer. In order to detect statistically significant changes in the serum markers between treatment mulcom appears to be a good package to use. However, the manual only covers treatment of a Affymetrix data set. Is there any way to apply the package to a normal data frame?
