Unfortunately I've been unable to access the idat file for a particular dataset. With only the methylated values, unmethylated values and raw beta values, I used projectcelltype on the raw beta values. However, I've noticed that the sum for each sample doesn't add to 1. The sum usually fluctuates between 0.93 and 1.05. Have I made a mistake or is this expected?
