Hello I have some sets of gene expression data over which I want to do some operations like intersection and union. set1 genename1 2.3 3.6 4.6 genename2 3.1 6.7 5.5 genename3 2.3 5.3 5.7 genename4 4.8 6.4 8.5 ........ ..... .... ..... set2 genename1 3.4 5.6 3.5 genename34 4.6 5.6 6.8 genename45 2.6 3.8 5.8 genename27 4.6 5.8 4.9 ......... .... .... .... I want to generate a data.frame of the form genename1 ......... with the genes thats belongs to the intersection of the two sets of genes what are appropiate ways to do that. thank you in advance diego ___________________________________ A tu celular żno le falta algo?
