After pulling up a list of differentially bound peaks with View in R, wondering how you sort by the index rather than one of the categories such as fold change? Thanks.

Hi Rob, 

I would really discourage the use of View for anything other than a matrix or data.frame. 

The class should have a good enough show method so that you wouldn't need to use View.
