Hello everyone,

I was using flowPeaks in R for clustering. While doing so, I should get the 4 clusters which are to be vertically divided in the elliptical shape. But the clusters are dividing horizontally. Even I tried to change the arguments of the flowpeaks but it didn't make any change. I found the seeds that must be formed within the 4 clusters, they are found at the midst of the 4 clusters which makes them dividing horizontally. Can anyone help me in figuring out this and rectify to generate 4 clusters separately??
