I've created my gating set and I've loaded my gating template into R. When trying to gate I get the following error

Error in (function (fs, pp_res, gFunc, popAlias, channels, gFunc_args)  : failed at A1_26a.fcs
Error in matrix(ecol, length(include)) : data is too long

I've used the same gating template for many of my other flow sets so I don't know why it would cause a problem now
