The Nam Lab of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and of the Englander Institute for Precision Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, seeks to recruit a data analyst with a master’s degree in computational biology (or related field), or a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in computational biology with a strong genomics research background. The candidate would have the opportunity to analyze unique, cutting-edge single-cell multi-omics datasets that hold multidimensional information for the same cells (e.g. whole transcriptome, chromatin accessibility, methylation, somatic genotyping, protein expression, etc) to study how somatic mutations result in cancerous blood development directly in primary human samples.
