We will begin to update the single package builders used to build and check new package submission to R 3.5 Bioc 3.7 today.  While this is occurring the single package builder will be off line and there will be no builds for newly submitted packages.

Thank you! Our transition is complete. New submissions should now be building on R 3.5 and Bioc 3.7.  

Until the CRAN binaries are available for windows we will temporarily not be building on windows
