When I try to install the bioconductor I use

source("https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite()

However, an error goes like:

Warning: unable to access index for repository https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.4/bioc/bin/windows/contrib/3.4:
  cannot open URL 'https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.4/bioc/bin/windows/contrib/3.4/PACKAGES'

Is that an invalidate website? Or just my internet went wrong? 

Please help.

biocLite() is trying to install an invaild combination of R and Bioconductor versions. Follow these directions to remove the BiocInstaller package and try again.
