I went through TCGAbiolinks package to download TCGA somatic mutational data. But I'm able to download maf format. I would like to download vcf file. But couldn't. [http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/TCGAbiolinks/inst/doc/mutation.html#mutation_data_(hg19)]

Can anyone please tell me how to get the vcf file?
