Hello,
What is the correct way to input genes that do not have a GO annotation in the gene universe?
Should I just input
gene1 GO:0016021, GO:0016020
gene2
gene3 GO:0016021, GO:0016020, GO:0001584, GO:0007165, GO:0004984, GO:0007186, GO:0004872
Or should I put something like NOHIT or NA after gene2?

How do you create the GOdata for topGO? As you show it seems like a list, but it is usually done from an annotation package. Have you checked it with the vignette?
