Hi! I am trying to run estimateCellCounts() on my 450K data, this is where I get error:
cellCounts <- estimateCellCounts(RGset)
Error looks like this:
Error in colData(referenceRGset) :
no slot of name "colData" for this object of class "RGChannelSet"
I have minfi 1.25.1 and FlowSorted.Blood.450k 1.8.0
What could be wrong?
