Anyone please help me out using any example expression set/dataset in finding out optimal c & m.?

i'm stuck at a dataset of 91 protien ids across 3 time points.

Also there is a doubt regarding fold range in expression change while using mfuzz.plot as some of the  normalised value is beyond that range .How to accomodate normalised values in fold range ??
