Hi, I am trying to install DECoN and it tries to access the below link but fails with "Page Not Found" error.

http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.0/bioc/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.5/PACKAGES

I am using a Mac with OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6. and R version 3.5.1 (2018-07-02) -- "Feather Spray".

Can someone please help me with this?

I highly doubt that biocLite is trying to access that link, as it isn't remotely close to what biocLite would be looking for. In addition, there is no DECoN package in Bioconductor. There is a decon package on CRAN, and a DeconRNASeq package on Bioconductor, so which are you looking for?
