Hi everybody,

I am totally new to R and Bioconductor. 

I have installed the latest version of R for windows then tried to install TCGAbiolinks and the other packages like DESeq. Unfortunately, I get this warning message that the package can not be installed due to the R version.

> install.packages("DESeq")
Installing package into ‘C:/Users/Sara Ansari/Documents/R/win-library/3.5’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
  package ‘DESeq’ is not available (for R version 3.5.1)

Should I install R v.3.4? Is there any possible ways to install R v.3.5.0.

Do not use 'install.packages'. Instead, follow the installation instructions for Bioconductor: https://www.bioconductor.org/install/
