Good evening, I am looking for advice/help in implementing analysis for TCGA data from the GBM and LGG datasets.... I am looking to extract TMZ related methylation data. Any tutorials that could give me a step by step process? I have a plan for analysis in mind, but I need assistance in carrying it out.
You can check out the TCGAWorkflow package or the curatedTCGAData package. Their package vignettes may be useful it determining a process.
