I have noticed that several groupings of BRCA samples can be retrieved with "colData", and I would like to know how these groupings were obtained (algorithms, publications, etc.)

Integrated.Clusters.with.PAM50 ? Integrated.Clusters.no.exp. ? Integrated.Clusters.unsup.exp. ?

Apologies that subtype provenance isn't yet documented in the object metadata, but subtypes in curatedTCGAData were all extracted from supplementary materials of the primary TCGA publication for that cancer type.
