Hi, Is there a way to get the standard error of the signals that are given by RMA with the HUG133 chip set ? Thanks Philippe

if you use expresso with the rma options you get ad-hoc estimates of standard errors. they are based on the median average distance (MAD) of the residuals obtained from the median polish procedure. they can be accessed using the se.exprs method.
