I am using edge package for time-course Microarray DE Analysis. While I am able to run the analysis through edge for GEO datasets, I am unable to generate the Fold Change or logFC values. The package does not produce any fit object like MArrayLM as in standard DE packages like oligo. Is there a way, I can get the FC values or calculate that.
