Hi folks, so I have this dataset and generating the heatmap is giving me some really weird outliers (e.g. a cluster that with high expression in one group and sort of middling in the rest is picking up genes with very low expression in the same group and middling in the rest of the groups). Is there a gotcha with hclust or heatmap that would cause these problems that I don't know about? Its a small number of genes, but nervous-making...
