Hello, I try to do alternate splicing analysis with EventPointer but I still got this problem:
Running EventPointer:
** Statistical Analysis: Logarithm of the fold change of both isoforms
\*\* No expression filter

Called from: `[.data.frame`(A, cbind(unlist(II), JJ))
I've got correct Design and Contrast matrix and Eventstxt dedicated to my type of microarray
I try different R versions, packages, Linux and Windows, R devel and nothing changes, with or without expression filter ad PSI
